豊田通商セミナーを開催しました We held the 5th seminar （2024.8.7）

　名古屋大学文系総合館カンファレンスホールにて、第5回主催セミナーを開催しました。

今回は、豊田通商株式会社より安達真央様を講師にお招きし、縫製工場で働く女性の健康に関連する生産性の問題を、フェミニズム＋テクノロジー＝フェムテック　を活用したサービスを使い改善する取り組みについて、ご紹介いただきました。

　この取り組みを始めるきっかけから、実際に現地の縫製工場での１年間の現場での業務と苦労について、この現場での検証を基にサービス事業として提供するうえで意識していることなど、実際に提供した商品を示しながらお話しされていました。

　参加した聴講者はアジア、アフリカなどからの留学生も多く、自身の国との違いに驚いた

り、苦労した点について質問したりといった発言がありました。

We held the 5th seminar hosted by our organization at the conference hall in Nagoya university Bunkei Sogokan.

We invited Ms. Mao Adachi from Toyota Tsusho Corporation as the speaker. She introduced efforts to improve productivity issues related to the health of women working in sewing factories, using services that incorporate Feminism + Technology = Femtech.

Ms. Adachi discussed the background of initiating this project, the challenges faced during a year of on-site work at a sewing factory, and what considerations are made when providing this as a service based on on-site verification, using actual products as examples.

The audience included many international students from Asia and Africa, who expressed surprise at the differences from their own countries and asked questions about the challenges faced.
